June 15, Sunday, Halshmoor

At home breakfast, visited some of the Saints. Dinner with Bro. Snape. Attended afternoon's meeting. A good number was present, and a good spirit was manifest. I spoke to them and felt well. Some of the brethren & sisters bore testimony to the work. Meeting closed. Sister Martha Gunday (?) was sick. She desired us to lay hands upon her. We did so. Supper and lodgings with Bro. Wm. Stones.

Breakfast with Stones, had a talk with Bro. Fogg. He accompanied me to Ringley. Made my journey to Radcliffe. Dinner with Bro. Johnson. Bro. Taylor was with me to Bro. Head's, where we had tea. Come to Pillsworth where Bro. Schofield resided. 5 of us had a long walk through the fields and round Raservy (?), jumping, etc., all round the fields. Quite a treat to me. It is a pretty nice country. Returned, supper and slept on a soafy (?), where I was tormented with tooth ache during the night.

Breakfast at Bro. Schofield's. Played a short time with the children about the house, moved to Bury. Got lost. A kind man put me right and took me [to] the town. Dinner with Entwistles. Visited Sis.
