    • BIOGRAPHY: Was part of the Martin Handcart Company and lost some toes. One of her rescuers was John Carlisle, who would later become her husband.

      DEATH: Cemetery records say she died on 10 Mar 1923.

      Came in Martin Handcart company with her parents in 1856.

      Check in Salt Lake Newspapers on the date Margaret Kewley died, to if the obituary contains any particular information about her.

      She had measles while crossing the plains, according to remarks by Beatrice White to Alma Carlisle
